Description
Dry amber wine, produced from specially selected Rkatsiteli grapes grown in the village Manvi, located in the Kakheti region, Georgia. The wine has been vinified according to the Georgian traditional winemaking method in Qvevri (clay vessel), fermented and matured during 6 months with skin contact. The wine is amber in color with a distinguished bouquet of dried stone fruits, jammy and herbaceous aromas. It is full-bodied with a velvety texture and long finish. Best paired with: poultry, red meat and a variety of aged cheeses. Best served at: +12°-14°C (+54°-57° F).
