Description
Red dry wine produced from the Saperavi grape variety grown in the Kakheti region and fermented in stainless steel vats. It is deep ruby in color, with a complex bouquet reminiscent of dark berries and smooth palette with a lively acidity. Best with: meat dishes, paste and vegetable ragout. Best served at: +14°-16°C (+57°- 61° F).
