Description
Tsolikauri Qvevri is produced from the Tsolikauri grape variety grown in the Tvishi village, Lechkhumi region in the Western Georgia. The wine was vinified in Qvevri (clay vessel) with a brief skin contact. It is pale amber in color, with a varietal bouquet reminiscent of melon, pear, roasted nuts and caramel. Palette is well-balanced with a lively acidity. Best with: herbaceous dishes, fish, poultry and cheese. Best served at: +12°-14°C (+54°- 57° F).
