Description
Mtsvane Qvevri is produced from the Kakhuri Mtsvane grape variety grown in Manavi village, located in the Kakheti region, Georgia. The wine has been vinified according to the Georgian traditional winemaking method in Qvevri (clay vessel), fermented and matured during 6 months with skin contact. The wine is deep amber in color with a complex bouquet reminiscent of orange confiture, citrus flowers, caramel and spices. On the palette, it is well-balanced, harmonious and has an orange confiture flavor. Best paired with: a variety of aged cheeses, dried fruits and poultry. Best served at: +12°-14°C (+54°-57° F).
