Description
Dry amber wine, produced from specially selected Kisi grapes grown in the village Manvi, located in the Kakheti region, Georgia. The wine has been vinified according to the Georgian traditional winemaking method in Qvevri (clay vessel), fermented and matured during 6 months with skin contact. The wine is amber in color with a distinguished bouquet, reminiscent of dried stone fruits and wild flowers. It has a well-balanced palette with velvety tannins. Best paired with: poultry, grilled vegetables and a variety of aged cheeses. Best served at: +12°-14°C (+54°-57° F).
